Hi! I’m Dawn Rhine, a Certified Professional Facilitator and Founder of Synergy Forces. I am passionate about helping teams collaborate effectively, communicate clearly, and make decisions that stick.

Before founding Synergy Forces in 2005, I served as a Director at a national association. This hands-on experience taught me the power of a well-structured process in achieving meaningful results. Encouraged by mentors who recognized my natural talent for facilitation, I dedicated myself to mastering the art and science of guiding group dynamics.
